Wow! What a perfect experience ordering a few hot tub filters... very intuitive without the extra trash. I measured my filter, put in the numbers, and the site came back with just the filter I need... all in about 3-4 minutes total time. AND, I love that you have PayPal so I didn't have find a credit card, type in those numbers, etc. Excellent experience - you should be proud to have, what I consider, the best ordering site on the Internet. I could not find replacement filters for our 20 yr old pool at any of my local pool companies in Hartford, CT, but Spa-Daddy had them. When I finally found a local company that could order them, their price was $360 for the set of 4 -- Spa-Daddy only charged $147. It was a no brainer. Spa-Daddy accidentally only shipped me one of the four filters, but as soon as I called, they immediately and courteously remedied the situation and shipped out the remaining three filters the following morning. I actually got a live person on the first ring -- a rarity for online shopping, I have discovered. I'll definitely be ordering all of my replacement parts from them and heartily recommend them to any pool owner.

Dear Spa-Daddy,I just wanted to send my thanks on all the help with my hot tub filters. After searching and searching for the pro-pak2 mineral filters that I later found out were discontinued. I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement size online after business hours. Your prompt response to my email the next morning followed by your phone call the problem was solved. I was amazed at how fast you responded and your customer service was excellent. You also helped find a replacement that allows for mineral sanitizing. I was also amazed that with my screw up you still shipped the filters out that day and sent trans-tracking shipment number. Thank you again for all your great service.

Hi Joe, Just wanted to thank you for all your help with the filters. The final two arrived yesterday from the Manufacturer and the timing couldn't have been better. The low flow indicator had presented itself again and my husband quickly replaced them with the filters you provided and we were up and running in no time without any problems.
The price of your filters is far less than the cost that my dealer had provided. You make owning a Spa AFFORDABLE! Kudos to you on a job well done, I will definitely purchase all of my filters from your company in the future.
