I measured my filter, put in the numbers, and the site came back with just the filter I need... all in about 3-4 minutes total time. AND, I love that you have PayPal so I didn't have find a credit card, type in those numbers, etc. Excellent experience - you should be proud to have, what I consider, the best ordering site on the Internet. I could not find replacement filters for our 20 yr old pool at any of my local pool companies in Hartford, CT, but Spa-Daddy had them. When I finally found a local company that could order them, their price was $360 for the set of 4 -- Spa-Daddy only charged $147. It was a no brainer. Spa-Daddy accidentally only shipped me one of the four filters, but as soon as I called, they immediately and courteously remedied the situation and shipped out the remaining three filters the following morning. I actually got a live person on the first ring -- a rarity for online shopping, I have discovered. I'll definitely be ordering all of my replacement parts from them and heartily recommend them to any pool owner.

Hi Joe, Just wanted to thank you for all your help with the filters. The final two arrived yesterday from the Manufacturer and the timing couldn't have been better. The low flow indicator had presented itself again and my husband quickly replaced them with the filters you provided and we were up and running in no time without any problems.

Wow!! What great service! As soon as i got off-line with your site my phone rang and it was your customer service calling to confirm my order. He did tell me since my order was after 1pm i would'nt get the order till monday, thought that was fine, i ordered on saturday.
