Unlike many other Internet companies there are no hidden costs or hurdles to getting a refund:
- We don't make you keep the receipt to get a refund
- We don't only give you 30 or 45 days - We give you ONE FULL YEAR

Our filters are all identified by Length, Diameter, Top Configuration and Bottom Configuration. We list these dimensions on the product page, in the shopping cart, your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Many pool and spa manufacturers have changed their filter specifications over the years, and we strongly recommend that you compare these measurements with your existing filter to make sure that the size that you're ordering is in fact the filter that your pool or spa requires. Our guarantee is that the filter you receive is the filter that you ordered.
If we shipped an incorrect product we cover shipping and handling costs BOTH WAYS. If the customer ordered the incorrect item we still will issue credit for the product, but the customer will be charged the actual shipping costs for shipping both ways (even if the original shipping cost was waived). In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee for product which is returned because they were ordered incorrectly. Used and/or damaged pool or spa filters cannot be returned for a refund.
