Our filters are all identified by Length, Diameter, Top Configuration and Bottom Configuration. We list these dimensions on the product page, in the shopping cart, your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Many pool and spa manufacturers have changed their filter specifications over the years, and we strongly recommend that you compare these measurements with your existing filter to make sure that the filter that you're ordering is in fact the filter that your pool or spa requires.
Our guarantee is that the filter you receive is the filter that you ordered.
If we made a mistake and shipped something different from what was ordered, we provide all shipping and handling to return the product. If the customer ordered the wrong product we still will issue credit for the product, but the customer is responsible for returning the product.
In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee for incorrectly ordered products which are returned. We waive the restocking charge if a new order is placed to replace the returned product.
Used, damaged and/or wet pool or spa filters cannot be returned for a refund.
