Unlike many other Internet companies we make returns simple:
- We don't make you keep the receipt to get a refund
- We don't only give you 30 or 45 days - We give you ONE FULL YEAR
- We don't make you jump through hoops. Just follow our Easy Return Directions
We stand behind our products. Spa-Daddy will issue a 100% refund for any defective product including shipping both ways. We reserve the right to verify the defect which usually can be done by sending a picture of the defect via email.
Incorrectly Shipped Products
We also stand behind our shipping department. We will issue a 100% refund for any incorrectly shipped product (a product that is not the product that was ordered) including shipping both ways.
Incorrectly Ordered Products
We go to great lengths to correctly identify our products on our website. For example, our filter cartridges are all identified by Length, Diameter, Top Configuration and Bottom Configuration. We list these dimensions on the product page, in the shopping cart, your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Many pool and spa manufacturers have changed their filter specifications over the years, and we strongly recommend that you compare these measurements with your existing filter to make sure that the filter that you're ordering is in fact the filter that your pool or spa requires.
If the customer accidently orders the wrong product we still will issue credit for the product, but the customer is responsible for returning the product. In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee for incorrectly ordered products which are returned. We waive the restocking charge if a new order is placed to replace the returned product.
Used, damaged and/or wet pool or spa filters cannot be returned for a refund.
